The www.nbabasketballschool.in online and mobile sites, applications or services (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”) are operated by India On Track (“Agency”) pursuant to an agreement with NBA India Basketball Private Limited (“NBAI”, together with the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA Properties, Inc. and NBA Asia, Limited, collectively referred to as the “NBA Entities”) (NBA Entities and Agency collectively referred to herein as “we”, “our” or “us”).

Here at the Sites, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we gather through the Sites, what we do with it, and the safeguards we have in place to protect it. It does not apply to any other information collected or obtained by any member of the NBA Family (as defined below) through other means.

While you have the option not to provide us with certain information or withdraw consent to collect certain information, kindly note that in such an event you may not be able to take full advantage of the entire scope of features and services offered to you and we reserve the right not to provide you with our services.

We encourage parents and guardians to provide guidance to minors below the age of 18 using the Sites. Parents and guardians of minors are required to read this Policy, and hereby consent to the provision of their minor’s personal information. We will not knowingly collect and use the personal information of children who are under the age of 18. If we discover that we have collected the personal information of children who are under the age of 18 but the verified parent’s consent form has not been received, we will take measures to delete this information as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, decide to restrict children who are under the age of 18 from participating in certain functions on the Sites.
