The online and mobile sites, applications or services (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”) are operated by India On Track (“Agency”) pursuant to an agreement with NBA India Basketball Private Limited (“NBAI”, together with the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), NBA Media Ventures, LLC, NBA Properties, Inc. and NBA Asia, Limited, collectively referred to as the “NBA Entities”) (NBA Entities and Agency collectively referred to herein as “we”, “our” or “us”).

Here at the Sites, we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we gather through the Sites, what we do with it, and the safeguards we have in place to protect it. It does not apply to any other information collected or obtained by any member of the NBA Family (as defined below) through other means.

Before you submit any information to the Sites, please read this Policy for an explanation of how we will treat your personally identifiable information. By using any part of the Sites, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your personally identifiable information for the purposes outlined in this Policy and to the collection, processing and maintenance of this information in India, the United States and where applicable, other countries. Your use of any part of the Sites indicates your acceptance of this Policy and of the collection, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information in accordance with this Policy. While you have the option not to provide us with certain information or withdraw consent to collect certain information, kindly note that in such an event you may not be able to take full advantage of the entire scope of features and services offered to you and we reserve the right not to provide you with our services.

We encourage parents and guardians to provide guidance to minors below the age of 18 using the Sites. Parents and guardians of minors are required to read this Policy, and hereby consent to the provision of their minor’s personal information. We will not knowingly collect and use the personal information of children who are under the age of 18. If we discover that we have collected the personal information of children who are under the age of 18 but the verified parent’s consent form has not been received, we will take measures to delete this information as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, decide to restrict children who are under the age of 18 from participating in certain functions on the Sites. If you would like more information about the Sites’s policy with respect to children, please read Paragraph 14 (Note to Parents) below.

If we make any material changes to this Policy which materially affect our practices with regard to the personally identifiable information we have previously collected from you, we will provide you with 14 days’ notice in advance of such changes by highlighting the change on our Sites. You are entitled to discontinue your use of our Sites at any time. Since this Policy may change from time to time, you should review it periodically and specifically before you provide any additional personally identifiable information. Your continued use of the Sites and your provision of personally identifiable information to us following the lapse of the 14 days’ notification term will signal your acceptance of and consent to such changes.
